Refund Policy

In rare cases where a refund is necessary (such as damaged, defective, or undelivered products and where an exchange or profile credit is not preferred), Nerthi Fashion may offer a full or partial refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return inspection and approval.

  • Refunds are subject to approval based on the condition of the returned product.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons including:

    • Change of mind

    • Color or texture expectations

    • Minor handmade variations

Conditions for Return and Exchange

Change of Mind Disliking the product or changing your mind does not qualify for exchange or cancellation.

Colour Perception The actual saree colour may differ from what you see on your device due to screen settings and production variations. No cancellations or exchanges based on colour perceptions are allowed.

Saree Mismatch Minor differences in texture, patterns, and designs from website images are not considered mismatches. Claims of mismatches will be inspected by Nerthi Fashion, which reserves the right to accept or deny such claims.

Defective Product If you receive a damaged product or one with quality issues, contact us (+91 9080019080) within 7 days. We will guide you through the return process to exchange it for a new one. Nerthi Fashion will inspect the product and decide on the claim.

Late Delivery If your order is not delivered within 21 working days in India, you can cancel the order for profile credit or contact us to expedite delivery.

Wrong or Damaged Product If you receive the wrong product or a damaged parcel, notify us immediately. You can refuse a damaged parcel upon delivery. Contact us to resolve the issue or get profile credit.

Non-Defects

  • Minor variations due to the handcrafted nature of products
  • Small knots or bumps in threads
  • Uneven threads connecting the border to the body
  • Slubs (residual thread knots)
  • Minute gaps around motifs
  • Length variations in attached or ‘running’ blouses

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Raise a return request on whatsapp or call (+91 9080 01 9080) within 2 days.
  2. Condition of Products: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including any free items like jute bags and jhumkas.
  3. Inspection: An executive will contact you within 48 hours to guide you through the return process. The return should reach us within 10 days of inspection, or it will be considered a clear sale.
  4. Courier Returns: In rare cases, if pickup is unavailable, you may need to courier the product to us. You’ll be notified upon receipt.
  5. Quality Check: After inspection, we will either provide the ordered saree or initiate the profile credit process.
